Having had pairs in the past I decided to order two pairs of shoes online and paid extra for expedited shipping. However, they sent two completely different paris - different styles and sizes. At their request, I sent them pictures to confirm that they had sent the wrong order. However, rather than send me the correct order, I have to send the incorrect order back to them, wait for a refund and then re-order the shoes. Why they won't correct THEIR error, I cannot understand. The onus is on the customer to fix their mistake. Terrible customer service - Definitely do not recommend.

Horrible customer service! It is almost a month that I cannot receive my refund. Do not buy their products unless you are completely sure that you will not return them. Awful experience! Never thought that such brand can allow such downside to their reputation! Will never buy from them again!!!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE buying from Geox. I bought my son a pair of shoes, the buckle broke after 2 weeks, I took it to the shoemaker and they wanted £15 to repair. I contacted Geox and they asked me to send a picture which I did and promised a solution within 1-2 days. It is now almost 2 weeks later and they just keep telling me that the head office is SO busy that they have not yet had a chance to reply. Seriously??? Awful customer service, you sold a faulty item, repair or replace. How many complaints are they receiving, that the "head office" cant cope with responding for almost 2 weeks and counting???? AVOID!
Luckily I paid with AMEX through Paypal, therefore I will be contacting my credit card company and Paypal for a refund.

BUT THEY DO NOT ARRIVE AND THERE IS NO WAY , I REPEAT NO WAY, TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK.
you will phone Italy several times and they will ignore you and say they are delayed with UPS.

Even though geox was pricier than other brands, I always bought my son their shoes because they were comfortable and good quality. My most recent experience has made me realize that I can never buy their products again. Recently bought him a pair of high tops that developed giant holes in their soles after 4 weeks of wearing them to school. I’ve never had a pair of ANY shoe literally fall apart. When I went to them for a resolution they literally told me that they stand behind their quality and can do nothing about it. I guess they stand behind being of terrible quality? Will never buy their products again.

THE WORST OF THE WORST. THE SOLE BREAKS AFTER 3 WEEKS , NO REFUND ONLY STORE CREDIT. What's the hell at 280$. call customer service, they don't give a hell about the customer. i want my money back

Worst customer service I have experienced. Bought school shoes in Geox shop, paid by card. Travelled back to the shop as they didn't fit my daughter. Was told refund is made via gift card only, which is completely unacceptable as I paid by card. Had no other choice then to accept it unfortunately. Was not able to use gift card as don't live local to thsi shop. The shop then closed down. Contacted customer service and they offered electronic gift card desp3me requesting transfer to my bank card which was original payment method. Electronic gift card only valid for 6months. Was not able to buy anything for my 20£ gift card as the cheapest childs pair of shoe is 40£ online. Waste of time and money. Would never purchase anything again and would recommend others do the same!

I have recently bought two pairs of Geox trainers and both pairs are absolutely brilliant, super comfortable and look very stylish! Really good quality, so more than happy with both pairs and I will purchase more in the future!

The shoes we bought from Geox for my 4 year old only lasted 4 weeks. Disappointingly low quality and the customer service is just useless. Never again.

I would give less star if Freddy from Geox Ariel Way branch did not help me. I bought a pair of shoes as a quest online but could not find the RAN number to return. I could this Geox shop randomly and this lady help me with patient. Thank you Freddy.

There are lots of terrible reviews, so I was really worried about returning my trainers to Italy post Brexit! I have bought Geox before and found the shoes great, but I bought two seperate pairs which I decided to return as they didn't quite fit right (not the fault of Geox at all). I was so concerned that I called them to say that I was worried and to double check that I had done EVERYTHING correctly. It is very important that all the forms are filled in and attached as per the instructions. I did this (for each seperate order) took to a UPS drop off place, got the text confirmation and fully expected to have to wait at least a month for the refunds. I just checked my emails and both pairs had been fully refunded in just under two weeks. Maybe there have been some early teething problems sending from UK after Brexit, or perhaps people haven't been following the instructions to the letter?? Not sure, but my experience was very good and I thought it was worth posting a good review for a change!

Our school shoes only lasted a term. No refund given, despite proof of faulty item.

This company for a start you have call to Italy the other number is a premium rate number the boots I ordered were very nice well made but didn’t fit so I sent them back that was 8 weeks ago been on the phone for over a hour boots are still missing upps took them never to be seen again so I am out of pocket by £110 no refund I believe they don’t give any one there money back the head office is in Italy They ignore your emails avoid this company DO NOT ORDER any thing from GOEX you will never see your money again I spent £20 just calling them

Hi my name is Chris, and I went into GEOX High Street Kensington, not looking for anything in particular, I was greeted by Jimmy, who was completely friendly, and very knowledgeable...very Professional and attentive, 2 thumbs up to Jimmy and the Geox team...I walked out with a pair of GEOX footwear...I completely recommend GEOX...5stars!!!
